The classic whiskey sour is known to contain whiskey (often bourbon), lemon juice, sugar, and optionally, a dash of egg white. It is shaken and served either straight up or over ice. The traditional garnish is half an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.

Perfect to put a ‘spring’  in your step this September, enjoy a drink of great complexity and balance.

With ingredients like rosemary, apple, lemon, lime and blackberry, this is a cocktail of mythical depth. The final result is multilayered and flavourful, yet rich in character and smoothness.

15ml Amaretto

40ml Apple Juice

10ml Lemon Juice

10ml Lime Juice

5ml Sugar Syrup

1 Sprig rosemary

1 Egg white

10ml Crème de mure
