Mediterranean Delicacies Feta
Boil the eggs.
Decorate a plate with rocket or herbs of your choice.
Cut about a 1/4 off the base of the egg and place the remaining egg on top of the rocket.
Place the remaining egg quarters among the larger eggs.
Slice tomato and use a toothpick to secure it onto of the egg.
Decorate the egg with little pieces feta to decorate the top of the egg.
