Ingredients
50 ml Tullamore D.E.W. Original Irish Whiskey
10 ml Sweet Vermouth
7.5 ml Pedro Ximénez Sherry
2 dashes chocolate bitters
Method
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir until chilled.
Strain into a coupe glass, express lemon oils and garnish with raisins and mint.
