It’s a masterful blending of the unique tasting profiles of LOUIS XIII cognac with the delectable flavours Nobu is renowned for the world over.

In order to fully reveal the many facets of LOUIS XIII Pfützner and Courtot have devised five exceptional pairings that showcase the different sensations evoked by LOUIS XIII.
Whats on the menu
Starting with Harmony there is Scallop & Foie Gras with a Vanilla Miso, Balsamic Reduction.
The second course is Contrast which is Langoustine & Caviar, Gomma Dressing, Crispy Shitake.
Next up is Decadence, Black Cod New York-Style and Yuzu Miso, Kataifi then it’s a course called Epitome which is Chilean Sea Bass and Dashi Ponzu
The meal ends with Elevation, Slow-cooked Wagyu and Truffle Rice.
