IOL Lifestyle met up with musician, restaurateur, TV judge and now author, J’Something at a cooking demonstration in Westville, Durban.
He was promoting his book, Something’s Cooking, where he showed his fans how to make two of his favourite smoothies- Choco-Nana (chocolate and banana) and Tropical Island (mango, pineapple, chia seeds and milk).
He also revealed his hopes for the book when it comes to sales, advice for those who want to enter the second season of My Kitchen Rules and why Something’s Cooking will not teach you how to cook.
