 Avocado and toast is without a doubt one of the best food combinations. 
Over time avo lovers and chefs have come up with other delicious toppings to make this combination even better. From toasted chicken with bacon to sausage and eggs. 

An American chocolatier created what could be the next big food trend - an avocado toast chocolate.
Jonathan Grahm, the owner of Compartés Chocolatier, an artisanal chocolatier in Los Angeles, found a way to combine creamy avocado, crunchy toast and sweet white chocolate to create a unique treat which he says is already a hit with his customers. 

Grahm told Dessert Insider he sold out all 5000 chocolate bars when he first made it last year.

He explains the avo was paired with white chocolate because it perfectly complements the creaminess and subtle flavour. 

“So blending it with white chocolate allowed us to really create an amazing flavour where we could taste the flavour. You can see the green coming through in the chocolate bar and then you get that crunchy bit of toast... it’s breakfast, lunch and dinner,” he says. 

The chocolate starts out as a basic avo on toast sandwich, it is then cut into bite-size chunks before it goes into the white chocolate.  
Compartés is known for their unique chocolate flavours which include their rosé wine bar and a potato chip chocolate.
Their latest creation combines two of my favourite things - avocado and white chocolate - but I’m not sure if I am ready to have the two together.
