Ron Ben-Israel, t he executive chef and owner of Ron Ben-Israel Cakes in New York City  is the authority on what makes a wedding cake   memorable and  now he's shared his favourite trends for 2018:
  • The more tiers the better, you can go as high as 6 or 7 tiers
  • Colourful cakes are on trend, so ditch the plain white and go with bold colours
  • Metallics are also in so if rose gold or silver is part of your decor, incorporate it into your cake.
