Letisha Diedericks, the s upervisor at Tobago’s Restaurant, Bar and Terrace at the Radisson Blu Hotel in the Waterfront started her career at the hotel 13 years ago as a barista. 

Since then she has risen through the ranks from waitress to pool supervisor an into her current position as supervisor. 

Diedericks, who is always welcoming hotel guests with a warm smile, says she draws her strength and motivation from the team she works with.

“You have to be passionate about what you do and you need to love every moment, guests can feel if you do,” she says. 
“I also love interacting with our regular returning guests. 
"I always try to remember small details, like their names and how they like their food and drink or surprising them on their next trip with the breakfast done just the way they like it," she says.

With the demands that come with leading a team and making sure things run smoothly at the hotel, Letisha says she has mastered the art of multitasking really well.  It's one of our greatest strengths as women after all. 

“I have grown into an individual who can take on everything, multitasking where I can, juggle between different guests requests and my team's needs and still make guest dreams come true."
