Chia Seeds and Spinach Smoothie

Chia seeds contain high amounts of fibre which aids in the slow absorption of foods. Spinach contains high amounts of fibre and promotes digestion.

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Spinach

• 1 tbsp Chia Seeds (Soaked)

• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt

• 1 Cup Almond Milk

Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
