Cucumber and Avo Smoothie
The cucumbers act as a detoxifying agent and helps to ease constipation. Avocados are packed with plant-based fats that help you feel full for longer.
Ingredients:
• 1 Cucumber
• 1 Avocado Pear
• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
• 1 Cup Almond Milk
Wash and chop the cucumber into quarters. Cut the avocado in half and scoop it out. Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
