Metabolism Boosting Smoothie
Spinach is loaded with nutrients. It contains fibre which helps to maintain a healthy gut. Bananas are a good source of fibre which helps cleanse your gut. Grapefruits burn fat and pineapples contain the enzyme bromelain which boosts the metabolism.
Ingredients:
• 3 Cups Spinach
• 1 Banana
• 1/2 Grapefruit
• 1 Cup Pineapple
Peel and slice the banana, pineapple and grapefruit. Wash the spinach and add to the blender. Add the other ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
