Mint Choc-Chip Smoothie

Mint boosts the metabolism and aids digestion. Dark chocolate also boosts the metabolism and prevents insulin from spiking as well as curbs any cravings.

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips

• 1/2 Cup Peppermint leaves

• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt

• 1 Cup Almond Milk

Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
