Carrot and Turmeric Shot

This juice helps to boost your immune system. It contains vitamins A, B-6, D and C as well as potassium and folic acid. Potassium helps to regulate fluid balance in the body. Vitamin A is an anti-inflammatory and folic acid helps your body produce and maintain cells. It contains antibiotic properties to help combat infections and reduces inflammation.


• 3 tbsp Carrot Juice

• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

• 1/2 tsp Ginger powder

• ½ tsp Turmeric powder

Add the ingredients into a short glass or a shooter glass. Mix well enjoy.
