Coconut and Banana Smoothie

Coconuts are rich in nutrients, vitamins and antioxidants. They help keep you get hydrated especially in extreme emergencies. Coconuts contain antimicrobial properties which remove bacteria, viruses, parasites and fungi from the body. It is used to boost the immune system.


• 3 tbsp Coconut water

• 1 Ripe banana

• 1/2 Cup of milk (coconut or any milk)

• 1 tsp Honey

• 1 tsp Turmeric

Peel the banana and add the coconut water, milk and turmeric to a blender. Blend well. Add Honey for flavour.
