Pineapple and Spinach Smoothie

Pineapple contains many nutrients including antioxidants that fight diseases and helps boost your immune system as well as vitamins B and C as well as folate. Spinach strengthens your immune system and helps to repel bacteria and viruses.


• 1 Cup Pineapple

• 1 Cup Spinach

• 2 tsp Ginger Powder

• 1 Cup Almond Milk

• Honey

Wash and slice the pineapple into cubes. Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Add honey for taste. Enjoy chilled.
