Pumpkin and Fig Smoothie

Pumpkins are packed with high levels of antioxidants and contain Vitamins A and C. Figs are rich in antioxidants and they boost the immune system by targeting bacteria and fungi.

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Pumpkin

• 1 Cup Figs

• 2 tsp Ginger Powder

• 1 Cup Almond Milk

• Honey

Wash and cut the pumpkin and figs into quarters. Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Add honey for taste. Enjoy chilled.
