It's been dubbed South Africa's most talked about house, and now owners Carolyn and Douw Steyn have given Top Billing an all-access pass into their home.

Palazzo Steyn is modelled on the grand Italian villas that one would normally associate with big budget Hollywood movies.

The three thousand square metre villa is anything but small, and yet, it still manages to feel like a home.

Designer Stephen Falcke and architect Wynand Du Plessis took the team on a tour of the grounds which overlooks the eight hundred hectare Steyn City development - five times the size of Monaco!

Being at the incredible Palazzo Steyn you'd be forgiven to think you were in an Italian film-set! But if you're Douw and Carolyn Steyn, this is spectacular home us their reality. #TopBilling

Crystal chandeliers inspired by a Victorian era hotel gives just a glimpse of Carolyn's taste for all things elegant.

If you're going to call your home a 'palazzo' it better look the part. Well - not since the original Italian country mansions which inspired it, has ANY building lived up to its title quite so well as Pallazo Steyn does. #TopBilling
