A wedding shoot took a dramatic turn when the bridegroom jumped into a river to save a little boy, the Daily Mail's Rory Tingle reported.
Clayton and Brittany Cook where having their photographs taken on a park bridge in Ontario, Canada, when the groom saw a little boy in distress.
Quick-thinking Cook leapt in and dragged the child to shore before climbing up the bank with a rather soggy suit.
"His face was underwater and he was fighting, like he was really fighting," he told CTV News. "Luckily, he was only a little guy and I just sort of hopped him up."
The photograph of Cook helping the boy to safety has now gone viral.
Darren Hatt, who took the images, said: "While I was taking solo pictures of the bride this little guy was pushed into the river behind me by another child. By the time the bride noticed and shouted out, Clayton had already jumped down and brought him to safety.
"His quick action saved the little guy who was struggling to swim. Well done sir!"
