Meghan Markle, the newly appointed Duchess of Sussex, looked positively radiant on her wedding day.

Opting for her signature beauty look of bold brows, smokey eyes and pink lips, Markle made a statement with glowing skin being the highlight.

Markle employed the assistance of her long-time aesthetician, Nichola Joss, one of the beauty industry’s most revered skincare, self tanning and nail experts. Joss’s advice and work as a beauty therapist has been sought out by a bevy of A-list beauties including Gisele Bundchen and Gwyneth Paltrow.

In a 2015 interview with Birchbox, Markle revealed she does facial exercises designed by Joss, “who basically has you sculpt your face from the inside out. I swear it works, as silly as you may feel. On the days I do it, my cheekbones and jawline are way more sculpted. There's a reason she is in high demand around awards season when every actress wants to look A-plus," she said.

According to Joss’s business page, The Bespoke Sculpting Inner Facial is designed with the tone, texture and condition of clients’ skin in mind in order to address sagging muscles through deep lymphatic massage and contouring techniques. The results are more lifted facial contours and a fresh radiant look to the skin.

One of the most shocking aspects of the treatment is a massage from inside the mouth to de stress the muscle tissue and improve the tone and firmness of the facial muscles. The aim is to encourage the muscles to sit higher with more volume. The entire process is designed around a bespoke cocktail of products to add a personalised treatment especially for individual skin types.

With the Markle effect - the idea that anything the Duchess wears or uses results in a surge in sales and exposure for that brand -  already having a sweeping impact on society, getting a booking with Joss is next to impossible. However, it is possible to try on yourself at home. Joss shared an at home routine to follow on her Instagram page:
