Opulent garments and accessories in vibrant colours walked the SA Fashion Week (SAFW) runway last night as local designers showcased their Spring and Summer 18 collections under the Woolworths Style By SA banner.
Rich Mnisi, Thebe Magugu and Wanda Lephoto presented their collections at the fashion week’s first show of the season at Sandton City.

Magugu wowed the crowd with his pleated skirts in bright colours such as blue, pink and yellow. Elegant suits, stylish high waist pants held together by statement belts and dramatic coats also formed part of his collection.

Lephoto paid homage to his personal style inspired by the streets of Jozi. His collection included separates of bomber jackets, ankle grazing pants and jackets which are perfect everyday looks.

Rich Mnisi stole the show with beautiful floppy and wide rimmed hats , zebra coats and and elegant dresses.
Woolworths ended the night with a showcase from their Edition range , wearable items of dresses, track pants and bomber jackets styled with this season’s hot accessory, the beret hat.

Tonight's lineup includes Lalleso, Beachcult, Judith Atelier and Helon Melon.
SAFW will take place until Saturday, April 15.
