Local fashion designer and businesswoman, Courtney Cousins, launches online fashion store and showroom in Cape Town.
Hot off the heels of launching the trendy fashion range called Courtney Cousins Designs in 2014, South African fashion designer and businesswoman Courtney Cousins launched her latest venture in Cape Town recently.

At an event held at the Courtney Cousins store in Cape Town CBD, Cousins, launched her trendy fashion ranges via her online store called Courtney Cousins, as well as her fashionable showroom – filled with the latest summer trends and fashion designs.
The star-studded launch event, saw around 100 guests in attendance including the likes of Suidooster actress Simone Biscome, actress and dance choreographer Shelley Nicole Christians, model Kerry-Lee Cousins, as well as The Voice season 1 finalist and singer Lana Crowster.
The celebration was the ideal platform for Cousins to reveal her 2017/2018 Spring/Summer fashion designs to the public.
“The brand started out designing and creating exclusive fashion pieces that exude stylish flair while not compromising on quality,” she says.
Adds Cousins: “We are dedicated to bringing you the best fashion that is trendy, savvy, chic and exclusive each season, coupled with a premier VIP shopping experience – both online an in-store at our showroom.”

The Courtney Cousins investment
After being cast as one of the leads in the 2014 reality show, Clifton Shores, Courtney Cousins met businessman Quinton van der Burgh – who took an interest in her designs. Quinton saw her designs, and, inspired by her passion, made the decision to help launch her career.
The Courtney Cousins 2017 Spring/Summer collection is a versatile range, described by the designer, as edgy, fun, flirty and feminine, mixing and matching styles, so that it appeals to every young woman.
“I wanted to create clothes, that appeal to a wide market of young girls, girl who want to be both casual and fabulous in their everyday dress” the 24-year old designer says.
