Speaking on the theme, Fashion Programme Director Tiffany Prior says; “After years of planning, months of preparation, weeks of sharpening, days of fine tuning, hours of tension, minutes of anguish and seconds of panic; the theme was identified as 'It Is Time' with every element of the race day having the aspect of time attached to it. I love this theme because time is so important for designers,” she says.
