Held at City Hall Johannesburg on Thursday night, the Feather’s Awards recognises and celebrates the LGBTI+ community and iconic personalities who inspire the community.
Voted for by the LGBTI+ community and local media, the awards saw South African celebrities don the most outrageous outfits.
It seems like this event has bad luck when it comes to fashion, as people don’t really put any effort, instead, they wear ridiculous clothes.
From last year’s drama of Skolopad in a whole sausage outfit to Sjava wearing a curtain and a box over his head this year, it’s really bad and someone has to intervene.

And whilst we’re at it, fashion police must arrest Boity. The TV personality cum rapper needs fashion tips on how to dress for the red carpet.

However, it wasn’t all bad, at least Lasizwe tried to put in some little effort, thanks to his date, Cedric Fourie who probably came up with the idea of navy blue suits.
