15 September marked one of the year’s most stylish, starry and prestigious events: our GLAMOUR’s Most GLAMOURous Awards in association with Elie Saab. An annual celebration of all things gorgeous, GLAMOUR’s Most GLAMOURous honours 10 women who epitomise this magical quality, and this year’s winners were celebrated with a sophisticated soirée at the beautiful Munro Boutique Hotel.
On arrival, SA’s A-listers were treated to canapés, welcome drinks by Time Anchor Distillery’s Mirari Gin.
Our awards ceremony then began with our MC, Fashion Director David Lascurain, and our editor Asanda Sizani taking to the stage to announce our 10 phenomenal winners: Amanda du-Pont, Bridget Pickering, Nhlanhla Nciza, Rolanda Marais, Dr Nandipha Sekeleni, Sarah Lamga Mackay, Manthe Ribane, Yasmine Furmie, Renee de Wit, Nabilah Kariem Peck.
Guests were also treated to mani stations by OPI Pro Spa range and skin stations compliments of Elemis beauty. And who could forget the spritzing station from Elie Saab, showcasing their brand new fragrance Girl of Now Shine.
At the end of the evening, they danced the night away to the beats of DJ Lady Lea and our winners left with a wonderful floral bouquet; products Elemis and OPI; Elie Saab’s Girl of Now Shine fragrance; Mirari gin; a voucher from Karen Millen and a personalized mug.
