After spending years sitting on the front row of some New York's finest runway shows, Lourdes Leon had her chance to shine in the spotlight when she hit the runway this past Tuesday - walking for Gypsy Sport.

Following in the footsteps of other models who have followed in the parents' footsteps - like Kaia Gerber, Gigi, Anwar and Bella Hadid - Leon has already made her mark as a second-generation model, having appeared on fashion campaigns for  Converse x MadeMe and Stella McCartney's Pop Campaign.

For the Gypsy Sport show, the 21-year old model was seen wearing a pair of extra-wide tattered jeans (which she wore slung low on her hips to show off her black underwear), a shell bra and belly chain, and a pair of dad-inspired sneakers.

She finished off the look with tiny sunglasses - a major accessory trend.

Lourdes wasn't the only notable model on the runway at the Gypsy Sport show. The fashion brand has always made it a point to include a diverse cast on the catwalk, and wrote in a casting call on Instagram that it's “open to all types of beauty.”

Gypsy Sport was founded by Los Angeles native Rio Uribe in 2012. Uribe got his start working in the stockroom at Balenciaga and eventually worked in merchandising for the luxury label.

Uribe first showed the unabashedly scanty line at Fashion Week in 2014 and earned a CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund award in 2015, which came with $300,000 to help grow the brand.

Celebrities like Cardi B and Christina Aguilera have been seen wearing some of Uribe's creations.
