The Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Joburg (MBFWJ) will be held at the Mall of Africa in Johannesburg next month. The designer line-up includes top designers who will be showcasing their Spring and Summer collections. "We have collaborated with South African and African fashion design royalty to offer a world-class spectacular of refined African apparel and accessories at our exciting new venue, the Mall of Africa," says Dr Precious Moloi-Motsepe, AFI Founder and CEO.

This season's line-up of the MBFWJ spring/summer fashion includes; David Tlale, Fabiani,Gavin Rajah, Haute Baso,   Khosi Nkosi, KL Tsotetsi,  KLUK CGDT,  Leigh Schubert, Marianne Fassler, Orapeleng Modulte Style Avenue, Quiteria & George, Ruff Tung, Sheria Ngowi, Spero, Stefania Morland, Thula Sindi and TN Collective.

Designers making their debut at MBFWJ 2017 include Sheria Ngowi from Tanzania, Chidinma Obairi from Nigeria and Vizuvlgvds from the United States.

Other young designers who show a promising career in the fashion industry are also given an opportunity to showcase their collection, with the help and guidance of a visionary mentor like David Tlale.
