Guests were given the opportunity to customise a fashion item of their choice by renowned South African artists. Customised clothing is a big trend for the summer months.
Food highlights ranged from matcha dusted raw truffles, burnt onion butter with rye bread, hibiscus and beetroot sherbet meringue drops and flower cocoon candy floss .
Trending flavours for the season promised essences of beetroot, turmeric, matcha, ginger and seaweed, as well as many new additional low carb offerings.
