It was on the runway of Moschino’s Spring/Summer 2018 show at Milan Fashion Week last year where we first dazzled by their eyewear collection.

Brought to us by the Safilo Group, we got to look, touch and try on the Moschino Eyewear Spring/Summer 2018 collection at an intimate event in Sandton, Johannesburg.

Moschino has launched their Spring/Summer 2018 eyewear collection.

The who’s who on SA’s social scene gathered at the Sandton Sun Arque Bar just off Sandton City Mall’s crystal lane. In and amongst other international fashion labels like Gucci and Dolce and Gabbana, this was the perfect place to showcase the famous Italian designer’s latest eyewear collection.

While radio personality Poppy Ntshongwana pumped the beats, SA a-listers like Terry Pheto, Lerato Kganyago and Da L.E.S tried on their favorite designs from the collection that was on display.

In true Moschino style the eyewear collection featured elements the brand is famous for. Such as metal studs, bijoux chains and their signature teddy. The classic cat eye shape glasses with fine metal studs cames in shades like white, red and blush pink. A feminine yet edgy piece to add to your sunglass collection.

The style that stands out is the bold flat top mask style shape. It features a one-piece gold metal profile shaped to create a full frame metal outline.
