LONDON - She famously jumped off the Eiffel Tower after battling James Bond and was last seen sacrificing her life to prevent the destruction of Silicon Valley.

Now, an astonishing 34 years after starring alongside Roger Moore in A View To A Kill, there is speculation Grace Jones is to be reunited with 007 in the 25th Bond film, due for release next April.

A source said: “Word is that Grace is coming in to film a scene with Daniel Craig. There is a lot of excitement as it is a tip of the hat to past Bonds and Roger Moore’s era. Fans will have to wait until next year to know if it makes the cut.”

Jones, 70, who has enjoyed a long career as an actress, model and singer, has fuelled the rumours with a recent Instagram post, writing: “gracejones official EXCITING NEWS COMING SOON!!!! XXGR.”

In her 1985 adventure with 007, Jones played an assassin called May Day who went on to betray the villainous Max Zorin after being bedded by Bond.

The actress was born in Jamaica, where scenes for the latest, so far untitled, Bond movie are being filmed.
