Suzuki's dual-purpose DL650 V-Strom has always been one of the most civilised light tourers on the market, but hardly a serious off-roader... until now, that is.
Suzuki has launched the DL650X with an alloy bash plate, steel engine protection bars and a black sports screen for more adventurous V-Strom riders.
Suzuki GB marketing director Nick Palmer said: "The new V-Strom 650X gives our customers something a little different.
"It has additional specification that adds to its practicality and comes in two special colours - candy-apple red and matt black."
- No decision has yet been made as to when the DL650X will be available in South Africa.
