Kempten, Germany - Audi’s RS3 is already a rocketship of note in its ‘standard’ guise, in which it produces 294kW and 480Nm, but ABT Sportsline has even loftier ambitions.

The German tuner has spent some quality time with the RS3 sedan and managed to dial things up to 368kW and 570Nm, enough, ABT claims, for a 3.7-second 0-100km/h sprint and 299km/h top speed.

The output hikes come courtesy of an ABT-designed intercooler, stainless steel exhaust system and engine control unit upgrade.

While the aforementioned figures are for the “escalation stage”, ABT also offers a milder upgrade with still-impressive outputs of 338kW and 530Nm.

Road holding and stopping power can be beefed up through optional ABT springs, anti-roll bars, 19 and 20 inch wheel options and a braking upgrade.

Customers can further opt for the aerodynamics package that you see in the pictures, which includes a modified grille, front lip, rear skirt and 102mm double pipes in black chrome.

Numerous interior options are available too, including ABT embroidered sports seats.
