WATCH: Plettenberg Bay shop owner dedicates space to help local businesses

Owner of a Kwikspar in Plettenberg Bay Duncan Brown has set up a special table to promote and sell products from local businesses that are unable to trade under the lockdown regulations. 

All items on display on that table at the Beacon Isle Kwikspar are supplied by local restaurants. 

A sign on the table reads: “Support our Local Businesses. They are still unable to welcome you into their businesses. Kwikspar will not add any markup to these products, and all sales will go directly to them.” 

South Africa is currently under Level 4 lockdown, which has seen an slight easing of the strict regulations imposed in an attempt to flatten the curve and halt the spread of the Covid-19 coronavirus.
