Banana and Oats Smoothie

This smoothie can be consumed any part of the day. For those that are constantly on the go, this smoothie can be a substitute for breakfast. Bananas are a good source of fibre which helps cleanse your gut. Oats are also a good source of fibre and help to bind the fats in the intestine which prevents the fats from being absorbed.

• 1 Cup Oats

• 1 Banana

• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt

• 1 Cup Almond Milk

Peel and break the banana into halves. Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
