Apple and Berry Smoothie

Apples are packed with antioxidants that help protect your body on a cellular level and helps strengthen your immune system. Strawberries contain folate (B9) which is used to promote normal tissue growth. Berries that are dark, like blackberries help prevent viruses from spreading within the body.

Ingredients:

• 1 Green Apple

• 1 Ginger Root

• 1 Cup of Berries

• 1/2 Cup of Plain Yoghurt

• 1/2 Cup of Almond Milk

Wash fruits and cut them into small pieces. Remove the peel of the ginger and add both the fruits and ginger into the blender. Add the other ingredients. Enjoy chilled.
