Apple, Celery and Parsley Juice

Apples are packed with antioxidants that help protect your body on a cellular level and helps strengthen your immune system. Celery and parsley both have antifungal and antibacterial properties to help fight infections.

Ingredients:

• 1 Apple

• 4 Celery stalks

• 1 Hand full of Parsley with stems

Wash ingredients and chop into small pieces. Add the ingredients into the blender and blend. Enjoy chilled.
