Beetroot and Lemon shot

Beetroot is good for preventing anaemia and reducing inflammation. It contains copper which helps support immune system function. It’s rich in antioxidants and contains Vitamin C, folate, iron and Vitamin A. Lemons are full of Vitamin C and antioxidants which aid in improving your immune system and helps prevent diseases.

• 5 tbsp Beetroot juice

• 2 tbsp Apple juice

• 3 tbsp Lemon

Add the ingredients into a short glass or a shooter glass. Mix well and enjoy.
