Blueberry Zinger Juice
Blueberries have antioxidants and Vitamin C that helps decrease inflammation. Mangos contain antioxidants that help to boost the immune system as well as promotes a healthy gut. Oranges help boost your immune system and digestive health.
Ingredients:
• 1 Cup of Blueberries
• 1 Cup Orange Juice
• 1 cup Mango Juice
Wash the Blueberries and add them to a blender. Add the orange and mango juice and blend together.
