Boiled Lemon and Honey for Fatigue and Fever
Lemons are full of Vitamin C and antioxidants which aid in improving your immune system and help prevent diseases. Boiling a lemon in a pot of water helps to draw out all the natural properties from the lemon and its peel.
• 1 Lemon
• 2 – 3 tsp of Honey
• 1/2 cup of Water
Cut the lemon in half and boil the lemon in a pot on the stove. Boil the lemon until the lemon is completely soft. Strain the lemon water into a cup and add 2 or 3 teaspoons of honey to sweeten the drink. Best served hot.
