This juice helps to boost your immune system. It contains vitamins A, B-6 and C and potassium. Potassium helps to regulate fluid balance in the body. Vitamin A is an anti-inflammatory.

• 4 Carrots

• 4 Basil Leaves

• Orange Juice

Wash the ingredients and chop into small pieces. Add the ingredients into a blender. You may add coconut milk and honey for taste.
