Cocoa and Mint Smoothie

Cocoa has antibacterial and immune stimulating properties as well as influences the composition of primary and secondary lymphoid tissues to help build immunity. The anti-inflammatory properties in mint relieve irritation caused by coughing.

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup of Fresh Mint

• 1 tbsp of Cocoa Powder

• 1 tbsp Honey

• 1 Cup of Almond Milk

• 1/2 Cup Orange Juice

Wash the mint and finely chop it. Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
