Fenugreek Seed Smoothie

Fenugreek contains natural antioxidants, nutrients and vitamins which includes vitamin C. It helps strengthen the immune system and is widely used in Ayurvedic medicine.

Ingredients:

• 3 Bananas

• 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds

• 1 tbsp Fresh Mint

• 1 tsp of Cinnamon Powder

• 1 tsp of Ginger Powder

• 1 cup Orange juice

• 1 tbsp Chia seeds

Grind the fenugreek and chia seeds to together and add to a blender with cinnamon, mint and ginger. Wash and chop fruits and add them into the blender. Add orange juice and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
