Kale, Pear and Cucumber Juice

This juice incorporates the nutrients, vitamins and antioxidants from Kale leaves and is packed with vitamin C. Kale contains selenium which supports the immune system. Cucumbers contain antioxidants and vitamin C. Pears have anti-inflammatory properties as well as vitamin C.

Ingredients:

• 1 Bunch of Kale

• 1 Cucumber

• 1 Pear

• 1 Cup Orange Juice

Wash your ingredients and chop them into small pieces. Add the ingredients into the blender and blend. Enjoy chilled.
