Papaya contains vitamin C which reduces stress. Lemons are full on Vitamin C and antioxidants which aid in improving your immune system and help prevent diseases. Coconuts contain antimicrobial properties which removes bacteria, viruses, parasites and fungi from the body.
• 1 Papaya
• 1 Cup Coconut Milk
• 1 tsp Ginger
• 1 Banana
• 1 Cup Lemon Juice
Wash and chop the papaya into cubes. Peel and slice the banana. Add the ingredients into a blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
