Strawberry, Kiwi and Mint Smoothie

This juice is packed with vitamins A, C and B6 as well as magnesium, zinc and folate. Strawberries contain folate (B9) which is used to promote normal tissue growth. Kiwi’s antioxidants aid lung function especially in those who suffer from asthma. The anti-inflammatory properties in mint relieve irritation caused by coughing.

• 6 Strawberries

• 2 Kiwis

• 2 Mint stems with leaves

• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt

Wash, peel and cut your fruit. Add 2 tablespoons of yoghurt into a blender with your fruit and mint. Blend together and enjoy.
