Watermelon and Mint
Watermelon contains vitamin C, A and antioxidants. It can lower inflammation and muscle pain. The anti-inflammatory properties in mint relieve irritation caused by coughing.
• 10 Watermelon Cubes
• 4 Mint Leaves
• 1 tsp Black Pepper
• 1/2 Chilli Powder
Wash and cut the watermelon and mint leaves. Add to the blender. Add the black pepper and chilli powder and blend. Enjoy when chilled.
