CAPE TOWN- Eight more Covid-19 related deaths have been recorded in South Africa while the country's infection rate has had a sharp increase of 447 new cases, bringing the number of recorded cases to 6783.
Health Minister Zweli Mkhize said two of the recorded deaths were from Cape Town, another two from Gauteng and four were from the Eastern Cape.
