Part 2: A day in the life of a teacher during Covid-19

CAPE TOWN - South African schools reopened its doors on June 8 following the announcement by Basic Education Minister Angie Motshekga that 95 percent of schools met the Covid-19 requirements.

While most parents across the country were rightfully concerned about sending their kids back as the infection rate numbers continued to increase, not much light was shed on teachers who would put themselves in the frontline and risk their lives to educate kids.

This is part two of a short series giving insight into a day in the life of a teacher during Covid-19.
