DURBAN - During the lockdown there is a distinct scent of anxiety lingering in the air. Durban psychologist Rakhi Beekrum says is a natural reaction given the circumstances we face.

Beekrum shares her thoughts on how we can overcome this and maintain a level head.

“What we can do is turn our attention to what we can control,” says Beekrum.
