Delmas - A man accused of raping his three-year-old twin daughters appeared in the Delmas Magistrate's Court near Bothibelong on Monday, Mpumalanga police said.
The case against the 38-year-old man was postponed to Wednesday, said Colonel Leonard Hlathi.
He was arrested on January 23, after both girls were taken to hospital when they were found with blood stains and discharge on their underwear.
They had been left with their father while their mother was in hospital.
