Humansdorp - A man was jailed for 10 years by the Humansdorp Magistrate's Court on Thursday for killing a teenager over alcohol, Eastern Cape police said.
Nkululeko Yawa, 22, stabbed a 15-year-old girl in June, said Lt-Col Priscilla Naidu.
“The teenager was with the accused, when an argument erupted over liquor. Yawa accused Ntshambi Ndabeni of stealing his alcohol.”
He stabbed her three times. She was taken to hospital where she died from her injuries. - Sapa
